Booker T. is dedicated to the academic and artistic growth of our students. Visual students study in a college style program with emphasis on studio experiences. The Visual Arts Department also offers AP Drawing, AP 2D studio, AP 3D studio and AP Art History as part of the required curriculum. Our students exhibit at the Dallas Museum of Art, Dallas City Hall, Texas Art Education Building in Austin, local galleries and on our own campus. They compete on the local, state and national level in many juried exhibitions.
