BTW's film makers are dedicated artists in other clusters but understand the importance of how digital media is affecting all artistic endeavors. Our commitment to interdisciplinary approach crosses a broad spectrum, including: cinema studies, digital video production, time-based new media installation and performance art.

Awards and Accolades

• Pegasus Film Festival: 2016, annual student-produced festival involving Dallas's best student filmmakers from various high schools. Prizes ranged from monetary rewards to an opportunity to study under professionals at a collegiate summer program in LA. (NYFA)

• Sight of Sound International Film Festival: 2016, "No Name," a film created by the efforts of two seniors, Alex Poscente and Emily Miller, was a commended finalist in the worldwide competition.

• Better Business Bureau BBB Start with Trust Video Challenge (Top 5 Grand Prize Winners 2014)
